Delivery of goods
Your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days from payment received. In rare cases, especially during promotions and holidays, delivery may take longer.
- Orders placed by 3:00 PM , shipped the same day and delivered the next business day.
- When ordering goods for €30 or more , shipping via LP Express parcel machines – free .
- For orders until €30 , shipping cost – €1.99 .

Return of goods
If you decide to return the item, you can do so via 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in original, undamaged packaging .
- It must not be damaged or used.
- All labels, protective films and other original packaging must be preserved.
- If additional gifts were received with the item, they must also be returned.
