  1. General provisions

These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods in this online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and IV:1341090 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store pilagirl.lt. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.

2. The moment of conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement

2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart in the online store, specifies the delivery address, selects a payment method and clicks the "Complete order" or "Confirm ✔️" button, and is valid until the obligations under this agreement are fully fulfilled. In cases where the Buyer does not agree with all or part of the Rules, he must not place an order.

2.2. Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of all Lithuanian banks, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa cards. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MONTONIO payment platform (for electronic banking services) and the Shopify Payments payment platform (for Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard and Visa cards).

3. Buyer's rights

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the online store with the Seller (except for the contract for the sale of audio and video works and phonograms on any video or audio media, computer programs, if the Buyer (consumer) has violated the packaging protection; the sale of newspapers, magazines or other periodicals), by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 business days from the date of delivery of the goods. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods with the Seller only if the goods are of good quality, have not been damaged and their appearance has not changed significantly.

3.3. The Buyer has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.4. The Buyer, who believes that his rights have been violated, must apply to the Seller in writing no later than three months from the date of the violation and state his requirements. The Seller must examine the request free of charge no later than 14 days and provide a detailed, reasoned written response, supported by documents. If the problem cannot be resolved, the Buyer has the right to apply to an entity that resolves consumer disputes out of court (State Consumer Protection Service, address Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt ) or to court.

3.5. The Buyer may submit requests or complaints on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ .

4. Buyer's obligations

4.1. The Buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if such are specified when concluding the contract) and accept the ordered goods. The Buyer pays for the goods by choosing one of the specified payment methods, such as electronic banking of Lithuanian banks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa cards. Payments are processed using the Montonio and Shopify Payments payment platforms.

4.2. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must immediately update them or inform the Seller by email: info.pilagirl@gmail.com

4.3. The Buyer must comply with the requirements set out in other Terms and Conditions and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Seller's rights

5.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stable operation of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend (terminate) his ability to use the online store and is not liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer in this regard.

5.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate the operations of the online store without separate notice and is not liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer in this regard.

5.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Rules by publishing the amended Rules on the website of the online store. The amendments shall enter into force from the moment of publication for all transactions concluded after the publication.

6. Seller's responsibilities

6.1. The Seller ensures that the goods are delivered to the Buyer within the specified period, depending on the type of goods ordered and the place of delivery. The goods are usually delivered within 1-5 business days from the confirmation of the order, but occasionally there may be delays due to increased order volume, problems with delivery service providers or other unplanned circumstances. The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of any delivery delays and to strive to resolve the problems as soon as possible.

6.2. The goods are delivered to the parcel machine specified by the Buyer according to the order. The Seller ensures that the goods are shipped using reliable delivery methods and provides the Buyer with information about tracking the shipment.

6.3. The Seller must inform the Buyer of any delays in the delivery of the goods and help resolve problems related to delivery.

7. Return of goods

7.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason, except in certain cases where return restrictions apply to the goods (e.g. damaged packaging, opened, used goods).

7.2. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts, undamaged and undamaged. If the goods have been damaged due to misuse, they will not be accepted for return.

7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the return costs. Goods that have been damaged due to improper use will not be accepted.

7.4. The Buyer must contact the Seller for a return and provide a video or photos showing any damage to the goods, if any. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt if it is related to damage.

8. Responsibility

8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.

8.2. The parties shall be liable for any breach of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the online store in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
